Perfectly situated in the center of all that Big Bear has to offer ~ near the ski slopes, golf course, Lake, Alpine Zoo, and the newly renovated Moonridge Corridor. Access Rathbun Creek Trail right across the street or catch the ski shuttle around the corner. Located conveniently near Bear Mountain. National Forest hiking trails and mountain biking trails are also easily accessed via a short walk.

LIVING SPACE - Comfy 800+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and balcony. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more

OUTDOORS - Large fenced yard with a Hot Spring whirlpool hot tub for the ultimate unwinding after a day on the slopes. Backyard also offer a patio area with a built-in gas barbecue and gas fire pit.
