Bear Mountain Summit is the perfect getaway for anyone. A-frame nestled in the oaks and pines! Located in the year round desired Moonridge location. Walking distance to Bear Mountain, National Forest, hiking, biking, and golf course and just a short drive to the lake, shops and restaurants. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two-story home with heating!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Upstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Living room has a sleeper sofa. The loft is not accessible to guests. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Keep yourself warm by cozy gas log fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with NEW hot tub, natural gas barbecue, and beautiful mountain views.
