Large apartment on the ground floor. Fully equipped with terrace. Welcome to BiberwierCosy family pension in a quiet and sunny location. Our house is located 3 minutes walk from the ski lift and summer toboggan run. Ideal starting point for beautiful walks, hikes and bike rides. Lounge for cozy evenings available. 3 apartments for 2-5 persons. All apartments with kitchen, balcony, shower / WC and SAT-TV. Cheap low season rates. Sébastien was friendly

We had an easy check-in and check-out. Sébastien showed us around and made us feel comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed except coffee (bring your own). I would definitely recommend.

stay in biberwier

We stayed here for one night. It was fine for a one day stay. The furnishing and carpeting are somewhat worn but it was clean. We were not there long enough to use any appliances other than the refrigerator, which worked fine. The location itself is so-so. it is very close to the rodelbahn and some nice hikes but the views from the property itself are rather limited. The neighbors have big old rusted boiler (or something like that) in the front yard so not super attractive immediate surrounding. There were two issues we ran into. One was communication with the owner - I don't think this was the owner's fault as they tried to respond but this was not working through VRBOs APP very well. This may have been a VRBO issue. I did find the owners communications in my direct email eventually - but going through the VRBO APP did not work well for this property. The second surprise was the requirement to pay in cash - we scraped together every penny we had (and had to borrow from our kids) but did manage to just cover the entire cost. I would say if you just need a place to stay for a night (and you bring cash) - this is fine. For a longer stay it would not seem so attractive.

FeWo Alpenstern Biberwier

Preis/Leistung ist hier völlig in Ordnung. Natürlich befindet sich die Wohnung nicht auf den neusten Stand und es gibt ein paar Dinge die renovierungsbedürftig sind, aber für diesen Preis darf man eben keine 5 Sterne erwarten! Das Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage und bei diesem Anblick kann man auch über das ein oder andere wegsehen.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommenen aber ansonsten super in Schuss. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war top.

Die Lage entschädigt für einiges!! Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe, geklebt und gekracht. Die Röhrenfernseher aus den 70ern waren leider defekt. Das Terrassengeländer war wie von Lost Places. Die Handtücher,Küche und Bettwäsche waren aber sauber. Fazit: einmal reicht!!

sehr geräumige und ruhige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig (zwei Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Toiletten) und sehr ruhig. Sie ist nur wenige Meter vom Sessellift entfernt. Für uns war sie ideal. Es gibt sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten, sowohl auf dem Berg als auch im Tal. Sehr schöne Bergseen nicht weit weg vom Ort.

Bate's Motel lässt grüßen

Wer auf 80er Jahre steht, den Geruch von Uromas Zeiten vermisst und ein etwas schauriges Flair mag, was der Besitzer zusätzlich unterstreicht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ja es ist günstig, wem das wichtig ist und der rest egal, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort auf der Durchreise, das reichte auch. Beim nächsten mal geben wir lieber etwas mehr aus. Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren frisch und sauber um nicht alles schlecht zu reden. Der rest, was Mobiliar, Einrichtung und Außenanlage betrifft, ist wirklich unterirdisch.
