"Upon on arrival the receptionist was leaving.. check in was not until 2 we arrived early at 11 thankfully b/c there would not have been anyone there to check us in. The staff was friendly though. They charge 85$/night for additional persons which seems steep to me. We did not use the breakfast service nor would we have spent $170 on breakfast. "The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out.
