"The hotel is just a stone throw away to the Bruxelles Midi Zuid , literally just in front. We are so happy that we had a great stay— from a welcoming and comforting reception and staff. A 24hour unlimited coffee,tea and choco drinks in the reception area. Breakfast is absolutely filling and has a lot of options. We had a twin room accommodation, though small, it made up with its comfortable bed and functioning facilities. The room was clean and always offered new fresh linen. It has a vegan handsoap, shampoo and bodywash dispenser and a hairdryer. The television offers a variety of channels and option to connect to casttv though we didnt manage to do so as we used apple products. The room was well "

"We got to hotel 3 hrs early and were hoping to just leave luggage until check in time, but were able to check in to room early. Had good priced drinks at bar that evening and also had a couple of pizzas were great for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable breakfast was good value for money with a good enough spread. We stayed there just for one night on our way from Bruges to Paris and couldn’t get a better location literally across the road from the train station. All staff were amazing to deal with will definitely stay again"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel was nicely decorated, very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. We loved that there were several options for breakfast: full continental breakfast at 16 euros, but also smaller options at 4.50 and 7 euros, which was ideal for us as we do not eat a lot in the morning. There is a vending machine just by the lift, so we could get water. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Regarding the location, I won't lie, the surrounding area is not super nice, with rubbish on the street, however I won't let this affect my rating as it's not the hotel's fault and it's a bit like that everywhere in Brussels as soon as you leave the old town centre. However we felt safe and I wouldn't define the are dangerous at all. Regarding the location, it was really good: 15 minutes walk from Midi Station (so you can easily travel to Bruges/Ghent which are cities I truly recommend!) and 12 minutes from the old town. There are also buses/trams 5-10 minutes away to the Parliament or the Atomium. I would say, if I really have to suggest something extra that would have made our stay even better: - It would be great to have a kettle in the room, just to be able to take a tea in the afternoon or before going to sleep. - The check-in process took quite long, despite we were there at 3pm, the rooms were not ready and we had to wait about an hour. They offered us a drink during the waiting though. Overall very good. "

"Room was clean, staff were helpful, air con in room was great, especially to warm up as it was quite cold. Great place to base yourself if going to the football at Anderlecht like I did, 10 mins drive to the shopping centre car park I used. Staff polite and helpful, not much going on when I was there. Would use again. "
