"Yes. The heating was a little difficult to figure how it worker. Once we were able to g gure it out,it was fine. The house was just as you advertised it. It is a sunny little gem located in very easyWalking distance to St. Clair and St. Kilda beaches andthe bus stop."

"The house was lovely, location perfect and presented clean and stocked well with appliances and essentials in the pantry. The only issue was the gutters and spouting-we had a bit of rain and many are blocked and growing weeds. Ie in some places the water was overflowing g like waterfalls. Also we think you have birds or rats in the ceiling of two top bedrooms. We have a similar problem in our pitched roof. "
