"No respect to client at all to provide such rooms. Nasty stale smell. Sheets had spots and looks like were not changed. Bathroom has a mildew and no fan. The good, the front desk lady provided us with new a set of sheets. I regret not doing my due diligence review before. Four different Inns and one such a bad apple"

"We paid online through the app but had to pay again for our reservation at the Ramada. The guy at the desk couldn’t find our reservation, so we had to pay. I had to contact customer service through Hotels.com, and they were able to sort it out and make sure we got a credit for the payment. I appreciated the support through hotels.com, but it could all have been avoided if the guy at the front desk didn’t require us to pay again. The breakfast was free, it wasn’t too far from the port, and that was nice before the cruise. It was okay place for one night, but I would suggest not paying in advance."

"The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our time there and slept well We enjoyed the beach access from Lori Wilson Park and shopping at Cocoa Village. We weren't sure how to adjust the AC so maybe ask the host about that."

"Pics online make it look a lot more glamorous. It was good for a few days that we were waiting for our cruise. If I would have booked this for a week long vacation I would have been disappointed, the game room had a air hockey table that was very wobbly, foosball table that was uneven, there were two bicycles there that had flat tires and the chain was off one of them. The yard had no grass and was over grown with weeds. In the house we couldn’t adjust the temperature one part of the house was warm and the other cold. We had to wait for the hot water in the shower after a few showers. After wearing white socks on the floor they were black when we took them off. The laundry room and kitchen were good location was good with Walmart being pretty close for all of our needs, and a short drive to cocoa beach. Check in and check out was a breeze with clear directions for what to do. "

"Our vacation with 3 grandkids was great staying here, the pool was a bonus as the kids were swimming for hours each day and the hot tub was relaxing at the end of our busy days. Will definitely try to rent this house again next visit to Florida"
