"Wait time for food/drinks by the pool was horrible so we left, went inside to order and they got our order wrong, TWICE! Room is very nice size, shower is HUGE and so is the TV BUT the light comes in too much from outside. We were put in a room in the very back by construction trucks, second floor but no elevator in our building. Great location. "

"The staff was extremely kind and polite. The rooms were ok. Tub was gross and dirty. Toilet didn’t work had to switch rooms. That toilet didn’t work much better. Little gnat flies throughout. If that staff wasn’t so nice I would give terrible reviews. Don’t stay here "

"This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend this experience!!"

"We would definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much nicer than the pictures show and very roomie. Unfortunately, it was too cool out for us to enjoy the pool, but my five and eight-year-old grandson’s loved the game room. Renee was very quick to reply to all of my messages and was very accommodating. The snack basket that was left was very nice. Everything was in great working condition plenty of towel and extra sheets. Well stocked kitchen I wish we had been able to stay here for more than two nights. Highly recommend."
