"Corner unit was bright, clean, well stocked, good location 10 minute walk to town,right next to nice pool. Second bedroom was just room enough for single bed only. Reserved parking spot for one vehicle. Would book again."

"Nice pool, quiet neighborhood, private balcony with swing was amazing with riverfront view. There is a 10 to 15 minute stroll to Cocoa Village that was all flat and a super easy walk along the riverside We even saw a dolphin! It has restaurants and a really nice kids park and splash pad. Definitely worth going to for the ice cream at Sweet Caroline’s, get the Brownie hot fudge sundae…absolutely delish! "

"This is such a cute, charming little rental with everything you could need. We stayed for 1 night before our cruise. It is very close to Port Canaveral and was reasonably priced (some hotels closer to the port were significantly higher). Once inside, the temperature was refreshingly cold, which I loved! But almost too cold for my husband lol. He had needed an extra blanket, and while we couldn’t locate one, I wasn’t going to contact our host at that late hour. When I had reached out to her earlier though, she was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone needing a place in this area. And I would not hesitate to stay here again if plans bring me to the area. Thank you for having us!"
