"Located close to central station and u-bahn. Clean rooms. Bar area didnt seem staffed - maybe it was just my timing. I didnt deduct points as others might not care, but having chosen the hotel since it had a kettle, i was not impressed by having to drink out of a nasty plastic cup."

"7th floor rooms aren’t very convenient as You need to take 2 separate lifts at opposite ends of a corridor to access your room. During my stay, one of the only 2 lifts to 7th floor was out of action so getting to and from breakfast in the mornings took too long. I tried taking the stairs but once in The stairwell, you can’t get out except thru emergency fire exit doors on ground floor to the street - I couldn’t get back into the rooms corridor. Other than this the room was as great. Pretty basic amenities in the room eg combined body wash and shampoo not separate; no moisturiser, rooms don’t have an iron and the iron I was given had cracked metal base which snagged my dress! It’s auto checking in and checking out so great if you’re on business and dont want to queue for reception etc. "

"We had our flights cancelled due to Berlin airport strike so trip didn’t go ahead and the hotel had no sympathy and did not refund or partially refund us. Other members of our team who did manage to get there said was in any case, not great. "
