construction in the area made it hard to find entrance. no signage to redirect guests. unhelpful approach from reception - had to ask for help to take up a kettle as I had to carry up my two bags. Charged €2 to store luggage for guests. Very basic service for a park inn hotel.

Very clean hotel, nice family room. Good location, felt very safe. A little bit of a walk to all the main sites but overall good location.

H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz
Great location - close to the train station and walkable to many sights. Staff were lovely, and we were able to check in early (for no extra cost). Room had great amenities. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again
