The staff were very helpful despite being busy and clearly under pressure. The computer system kept going down and added other workloads. I asked for a late check out and got it for free as I’m an Accor member. The bed was large and the mattress a little soft for my liking but I still slept well. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

The property was in an excellent location with plenty of bars/restaurants near by, walable distance to the Zoo and there is a stop just outside for the hop on hop off buses. The only issue was the bed wasnt the most confiest and did get a bit warm in the room even with the aircon. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and welcoming. The hotel is close to restaurants, bus stop and underground station. Also it is reasonably close to the Brandenberg tor and the zoo.

The hotel is tidy and pleasant, with a welcoming and helpful front desk staff. While the room size was satisfactory, the pillows left much to be desired in terms of comfort. Its location near the train station offers easy access to all parts of the city.

Clean modern hotel. Conveniently located for what we wanted. Very close to the zoo/acquarium and walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie; Berlin Wall; Brandenburg Gate etc but subway station is directly outside if not feeling energetic. On a nice square with plenty of eating options for all budgets.

Some staff members were so polite and friendly whereas some were completely cold. Specifically staff male with beard. Wouldn’t hear to be friendly and smile while helping. BIG issues- No English channels. Screen Mirroring doesn’t work for iPhones. No smart TV. No emergency medicines like a simple paracetamol. You don’t want English speaking customers to visit? Say so.

Staff were very helpful and incredibly friendly, the place is so relaxed and ambient which was very important for me during the hustle and bustle of the EFM and Berlineralé. I would have no hesitation to recommend staying here.

Super location to stay in the Wittenbergplatz area of Berlin. The hotel design is super cool and value for money. There are loads of restaurants options, great shopping and a farmers market on your doorstep. U Bhan station is opposite so it's really easy to get around Berlin for sightseeing. Highly recommend.

The property was central to everything. The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The shower was amazing. Staff were helpful and polite. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated. Loved everything about our trip.

Hotel is very charming . Its location is close to the high end shopping center Kadewe which is very convenient . It is also close to the major shopping area along Tauentzienstrabe with grocery store , many well known stores makes it an ideal location. Yet , it is quiet and very cute . Our family of 3 was very comfortable in a room with a pullout bed . Highly recommend the hotel

Great stay at the Mercure
Our two week stay was great. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The reception staff were always very friendly and accommodated any request quickly. The hotel location is excellent, located right in front of the U-Bahn station and next door to KDW for shopping and food. The area felt very safe, even at night. The only negatives were that the second floor room (Level 1 in Germany) had noise come through the structure, not sure if from above or from below from the restaurants. It sounded like furniture being dragged a cross the floor. The room was also a bit chilly with the wall controls not doing much to help. The super graphics in the room and bathroom, with the lady staring at you even as you shower, were very creepy and basic toiletries and creams are not provided. But overall the experience was good.

Excellent hotel in excellent location! Located in the heart of Witternbergplatz you have everything you need right ouside your door! A metro station just across the road makes everywhere easily accessible, a variety of shopping options from department stores like Ka De We to outlets and multiple dining options like cafes, restaurants and the must-try currywurst stands! My room was spacious, clean and quiet and staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The roomy shower with great water pressure and temperature was very welcome after a long day of sightseeing in the cold! My 4 stars only relates to one aspect and only because I travel a lot and am what you would call fussy - there were questionable stains on the carpet. I could tell attempts had been made to clean them and they may have been relatively fresh but they were a little off-putting when spending time in my room. That said, I was very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again next time I'm in Berlin.
