"We had a Club room and access to the Club lounge for our week long stay. Leon was the staff member looking after the Club Lounge for most of our stay. He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! "Had a wonderful 5 night stay at the hotel. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but i was pleasantly surprised. Lovely welcome from check in staff and given lots of information about the hotel and surrounding area. Hotel lobby is impressive, superior double room was spacious, clean and aircon worked perfectly.
Breakfast was plentiful and you can order different eggs/bacon from the waitress. My only very small gripe would be that the toaster took ages so put your toast on whilst you enjoy some cereal!
The lifts were mentioned in alot of other reviews, to be honest it would be better if all 3 were working but we never had long to wait and we were on holiday so not in a hurry to get anywhere.
