"Staff are efficient but not particularly warm/friendly. The rooms are decent, but this is the second room where I have had no TV signal at all! Luckily not a lot worth watching but would be cost better from a Hampton. I think going to a premier inn plus room now gives more facilities than a Hilton nowadays. "

Hotel in great location in main sea front and beach view. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We was in deluxe double room sea view and was decent size, very clean. "

"Room ok looks a bit tired but biggest issue was access to shower/ bath, the bath side was way to high and there was not enough room to swing into it from side, i am not that restricted in movement. If i got in it would have been dangerous getting out. "

"Hotel was spotlessly clean, and in a greatly great location. Parking was ok, they have a small carpark, which they made very clear before coming, but a lot of gusts arrive by other means. The food was really good, and staff very helpful. The reception was always very busy, they seem to put a lot on the team there. The steam room and sauna were not working and pool was tiny, incredibly busy, and a little dirty."

"Nice friendly hotel with beautiful seaside views from the terraces - would love to revisit in the summer when it’s warm enough to sit out to appreciate. Our cosy room had a view of the car park and although very well appointed, it was rather cramped but fine for a one night stay. Spa was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast room was rather dark due to covered terrace outside. We did enjoy the wide selection offered on the continental buffet, especially homemade banana bread and marmalade flapjack. Would recommend booking a sea view larger room for a more enjoyable stay."
