"Room was lovely big and spacious and so was the bathroom and the pool is big and wasn’t freezing considering it was September , the gym isn’t good I can’t say anything good about that lol but the rest was great, the jacuzzis in the indoor pool are both not working which sucks but otherwise a good place I would stay again. "What a lovely place to stay. A few minutes walk to the centre of the old town. The beach was minutes away. Hotel was really clean and the staff who we spoke with were also lovely. Food was nice and bubbles on arrival in Benidorm was a pleasant suprise. Our room had a very large balcony which had the sun for most of the day. Very small negative was the lack of sun loungers and the wasted space with Cabana’s not being used due to a fee to hire them. All in all, as long as the Mrs’ fancies another Benidorm visit, we’ll be back to stay. "

"Quiet area walk to centre"

"We booked this very last minute minute as our plans changed. When we arrived we recieved a lovely welcome from the reception staff who explained where everything was. We made our way to our room, they are clean bright and have very comfy beds. The shower was lovely and powerful. My only complaint is no tea/coffee making facilities which I would usually expect in 4* but I didnt check the facilities on the website before hand so thats my error. Breakfast was lovely, again well presented with a vast selection, everyone would find something to eat. The little shuttle that pops you down the hill is a great extra, its a free service, with a small gap in the afternoon. We didnt use the pool, but I did like that they didnt allow anyone into the pool area until 10am to prevent the sunlounger hoarders from getting the best location. Really good idea! We had a lovely time and would come back again."
