CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 pm (except from 15 June to 15 September - entry from 4 pm onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.
SWIMMING POOLS: Only one swimming pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaids' pool (heated to 23 °C).
The opening hours of the swimming pools and slides may vary according to the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties. No claims will be accepted for this reason or for the closure of the swimming pools.
PARKING: Parking spaces subject to availability.

Tourist options in Benalmádena:
- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium: Located in the marina of Benalmádena, it is a conservation and protection centre for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.
- Dolphinarium and Penguin Park Selwo Marina: Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin Park in Andalusia. The Arroyo de la Miel train station is 1.3 km from Benalbeach. The Athens gym is located in the complex and offers daily and weekly rates that you can consult directly with them. There are taxi and bus stops at the entrance of the complex.
