"The Black Gold Motel is outstanding! It is clean, well-maintained, the staff are excellent, the service is great! And the best part is the on-site restaurant and bar. I thought it would be just pub food, but oh no, they have taken what could have been pub food and brought it up to a whole new level. "Such a beautiful peaceful place for a getaway, the house is superb and the pool table and badminton provided night time entertainment. "We were a family group of 4 adults, 2 teens and a dog and had a wonderful weekend. Annie’s place is amazing, it feels like a home away from home. Photos don’t do justice to the charm and character that greets you when you walk in the house. There are so many spaces to sit and read, play card or board games, share meal times or soak up the gorgeous views and the local wildlife.
