Perfect mini break

We booked a fairly last minute 3 day break here over the bank holiday weekend and we were really pleased. We booked direct with Curated Spaces IOW and I was very impressed with their customer service and communication throughout - the whole process was seamless. The property itself was just what we needed - comfortable, clean and bright, if a little tired in places but also situated in a fab location with lovely views of the harbour, especially the top floor deck.

Excellent property in a great location.

Very roomy and comfortable property in a great location. Exactly as described. We highly recommend this property and are about to rebook it ourselves. Our only criticism and it is minor, is that better blinds are needed in the lounge as when the sun is low and bright you are blinded by the light.

Conmucation was a bit slack. Balance taken from account with no prior warning. Would have appreciated a bit more contact beforehand with the procedures. Had to chase.Overall ok. A few issues but relayed this on. Hopefully this will be sorted by booking agent. hard copy of house instructions would have been useful not all have the ability to download is not acceptable.
