"Very basic and probably better suited to sports teams and school groups which seemed to make up the majority of other travellers. Loud music played from the pub downstairs but did stop promptly at 10.30pm each night. A bit of a walk to the CBD for my office, and food options were mostly fast food. Fit out is a bit dated and tired. Will likely try somewhere else next time. "

"Pros: Great window view; customer service prompt and courteous; buffet breakfast was more than adequate; location close to a bus hub; and the hotel is located across the street from a “Soapbox” for self-serve clothes laundering. Cons: no electrical outlet in the bathroom and was I was not given the room I paid for but I thought I had negotiated a mutually acceptable lower rate with management. To my disappointment, after I checked out, my refund was less than the negotiated amount. The hotel did not respond to my inquiry about the deficiency."

"Loved everything only 1 thing I am a gardener and you're roof top gardens need care, very dry and sad. Weeding and pruning plus water,especially herb garden.also people smoke up there so instead of them butting smokes in gardens supply but trays would be a good idea. Potting mix also in pots.😀"

"It was a lovely courtyard for the pets, and very nice for them too. but the location was hardly "Prime", unless you like having to drive everywhere. Nearest cafe was about 800m away, and you have to walk up a massive hill. Expedia says the owner would email me the check-in instructions - I had to chase them, and all I got was a screenshot, no email. There were about 40 flies inside when I got there, as if they had been breeding while locked in. Some rotten foods as well, and the air fryer hadn't been cleaned. A lot of cockroaches come up through the floor, so one of my cats had a fun time. But the host was very responsive, and bought a vacuum when i asked for it, and sent some people out to clean the courtyard. overall ordinary, if I had to vacate for renovations for another six weeks I may go back, but thankfully I won't have to."
