"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "

"Tiny house was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated with a homely feel. Parking on property. Beautifully cleaned and well presented. Enjoyed using the bbq on the deck. Not for the family but all a couple or single would need. Definitely staying again next time I'm in Brisbane. Lucinda was easy to deal wit and nothing was a problem even let us check in early. Thanks you Lucinda for a great experience and stay while in Brisbane. "

"It was a lovely courtyard for the pets, and very nice for them too. but the location was hardly "Prime", unless you like having to drive everywhere. Nearest cafe was about 800m away, and you have to walk up a massive hill. Expedia says the owner would email me the check-in instructions - I had to chase them, and all I got was a screenshot, no email. There were about 40 flies inside when I got there, as if they had been breeding while locked in. Some rotten foods as well, and the air fryer hadn't been cleaned. A lot of cockroaches come up through the floor, so one of my cats had a fun time. But the host was very responsive, and bought a vacuum when i asked for it, and sent some people out to clean the courtyard. overall ordinary, if I had to vacate for renovations for another six weeks I may go back, but thankfully I won't have to."
