CASA ENCARNITA Papillon Guest House

Casa Encarnita offers a unique Tropical Oasis in the outer Brisbane area. Two complete seperate large private homes: Home 1, Encarnita (87yrs) and her carer: Home 2, you and your group. No shared areas.

The creation of this oasis begun in 1998 when after the building of the home, her husband Rodrigo was diagnosed with cancer. Rodrigo was only able to enjoy the home, the garden which he so loved was completely bare. Encarnita took on the challenge and created what it is today.

The space
A very large home with 5 bedrooms, 3 separate lounges, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 dining areas, laundry and sitting outdoor area. Upstairs sitting lounge also has sofa bed(6th bedroom). Private outdoor heated Spa!!

Guest access
Casa Encarnita is attached while still providing complete seperate privacy. The one room linking the two houses together, is only used for housing an extremely large fish tank.

Other things to note
Check-in: 4pm
Check-out: No later than 10am on the day of check out, unless otherwise negotiated.

Please do not park on council lawn (council fines may apply).

Please:
- Respect the non-smoking rule
- Report all breakages to the owner/manager so that
they can be fixed or replaced
- Don't disturb neighbours. Obey local rules and respect the community you are visiting
- Try not to waste water and switch off lights and heating when you leave the property
- When checking out leave the property in a clean and tidy state.
- Strictly no illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
