Spacious studio, but WiFi poor / non functioning, overnight noise from ironworks on the road outside. I can see the potential for The Flint, but I think the finish is incomplete.

We were not told about the extensive renovations going on every day, very noisy. Service to the rooms was unreliable. Front desk staff were awesome.
Nice big apartment like room. We made breakfast on two days and appreciated the cookware provided.
Good parkade nearby
Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is located right near the heart of downtown Belfast. It is easily walkable and incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-kempt. I would recommend this hotel for any travelers going to Belfast. There is also a parking garage only a block down from the hotel making for easy parking as well.
Very spacious and comfortable place to stay in Belfast! Would definitely recommend this as my first choice in Belfast.

Ok. Very loud street noise made louder as theres no carpet in the rooms. Construction inside and adjacent to the property made it loud. There are no services at all. Housekeeping missed the room one of the days.
Lovely, big rooms, comfortable bed, good
quality linens, and good-size mini fridge. If you're used to using a face cloth, bring your own as they don't seem to be a "thing" in Ireland.
Great location although paying for parking was expensive. Room was clean and self catering with laundry facilities which was very good. Staff overall helpful except asking for different pillows and were told none available. However on checking out and mentioning this ,were told there were alternatives. Very annoying. But would stay here again.

Very central location and great suite for a longer stay as it’s got a kitchenette. Renovations at the property meant some hiccups at checkin and the lift at times was out of service, which I could see being an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Staff dealt with problems promptly and were very courteous.

room was nice, view was convenient, staff was nice, they were demolishing areas around the stairs and elevator and it was extremely loud, fine particulate matter everywhere, jarring and distracting. Had to wait for room key. Room itself was good, kitchenette, bed, TV, corner room, heater was loud,
The flint makes a great base in Central Belfast. The small appartments are excellent, spacious even with a small kitchenette . Staff are lovely and make you feel welcome. No breakfast but lovely coffe bar literally next door.. 3rd stay and will be back
The property was excellent close to all the city centre had to offer. Speedy check in from friendly staff. The room was perfect immaculate clean and offered all the facilities you could need and more, including fresh milk in the fridge. Bed was extremely comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Couldn’t have asked for better. Will def be back 👍👍
Staff was wonderful, it was great to be walking distance from where we had to pick up a bus to Dublin.
Tours were available within walking distance.
It was like a mini-apartment so we could make some of our own meals.
Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Staff was lovely. I did request and pay for a king room, and the bed was a queen, which was less comfortable, but it was okay. The available parking is also not onsite, but it's close and cost us about 20 dollars a night. The free laundry service is amazing. Location is perfect.
Really nice place, staff were great & room was perfect for a short stay. Location is excellent for strolling round the city centre shops, restaurants and bars. Shame there is currently some major building work going on with scaffolding all around the front outside the rooms blocking the view.
What a find! Location is convenient to all City Centre has to offer. Close to Europa bus center and train station, drop off pick up location for tours. Shopping, cinema, code fer, bars, restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel staff are friendly, the interior immaculate. Slept like a baby; very quiet! AC in the room was a great comfort. Kitchenette a lifesaver as traveled on a strict budget! Tea, coffee, cookies provided. Did not take advantage of the laundry facilities but good to know they are for guest use. Will stay again!
Our room lovely and very spacious - the kitchenette was really convenient as well. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the area around the hotel is very walkable and convenient. I would absolutely stay again.
Arrived to scaffolding outside the whole hotel and was assured that there was no work and it wouldn’t be noisy. Was woken throughout the night by traffic (not the hotels fault) but it is located on a busy road. Was then woken again at 8am by building work, hammering and drilling noise. Went to reception at 9am and was told that no building work should have started before 11am, but was yet to go back up to the room surrounded by drilling and banging again. Hotel room itself was lovely but very disappointed we weren’t informed about building work beforehand as we wouldn’t have chose to stay here.
