I believe that this time stay, our summer holiday, was the best. The hotel offers fantastic cuisine, amenities, and so on. The most important thing is that hotel hosts, Handan hanim and Silllet bay, offered us warm and professional services. Thanks to their excellent hospitality, we could make our memorable holiday. Besides, the hotel rooms and facilities are great. I strongly recommend a stay here.

Superb Holiday

We had a fantastic time! The service was impeccable, and the food options were excellent, including plenty of choices for kids. There was something for everyone, with great activities for families and adults alike. Sebiha and Samet were wonderful hosts who made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return and wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful Selectum Luxury Resort Belek and what a great experience it was from the minute we stepped into the resort till the minute we departed. We would like to say the biggest thanks to Samet & Handan (guest relations) for the superb hospitality we were provided throughout our stay! Samet & Handan were always friendly, attentive and went over and above to ensure we had an unforgettable stay - it was truly a pleasure getting to know you both and look forward to crossing paths in the near future. The hotel itself, facilities and entertainment was 11/10 and couldn’t fault it at all. Rooms were lovely and spacious and resort is spotless throughout. Location is great and only a 35 minute transfer from the Antalya airport. We would highly recommend the resort to friends and families. Samet thank you once again to you in particular and the Selectum team for an unforgettable holiday.

When we arrived at the resort, there was little to no introduction or orientation, which made it hard to settle in or understand how things worked. Unfortunately, our water stopped working twice, and we also experienced a power outage, which was unexpected for a resort claiming five-star service. We had a disappointing experience with the Puppy’s Club (kids club) — not all staff were friendly, and communication was a major issue. My son asked for water and to participate in an activity, but they misunderstood him and did not assist, likely due to the language barrier. Most staff appeared to speak Russian only, and this issue was consistent throughout the resort — with very few staff fluent in English or even Turkish. This made it difficult to get proper assistance or feel fully included as an international guest. While the entertainment was well-organized, it also catered almost exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, with little representation of Turkish culture, which we had hoped to experience. As an Australian traveler, I felt that the resort was heavily geared towards a specific demographic, and not very inclusive of others. Additionally, the spa staff were overly persistent, constantly approaching us to sell treatments. When we did book a spa session, it came at a very high price, and the experience did not meet five-star expectations. On a positive note, the pool and restaurant facilities were excellent, and the food was truly delicious.

This is an excellent property, We stayed as a family with our 7 year old for 4 nights. The facilities are perfect for this resort to have an nice rejuvenation. The all inclusive food package was very good. There is a 24x7 restaurant which came in handy as we reached the hotel only by 11pm and the main restroom was closed so we could eat here. We stayed at the Superior room it was a class apart. They toilets had bidets. Only few drawbacks i found were that even though they say the rooms are air conditioned it actually isn’t. When i enquired why the room wasn’t cooling they said , Quote “ I(receptionist)spoke with the technical service department and because of the weather conditions and many claims about the cold weather they decided to turn off the cooling system.“ it was difficult to sleep at 26-27degree celcius inside the room. Finally after 2 days of argument they provided me a fan. I couldn’t leave the windows open also because from 9pm to 1am every night there is very very loud disco/karoake. Another drawback I found is the bathrooms have no doors which is a privacy issue when you have kids. Also the toilet and ensuits have only a glass door(frosted glass) but everything is visible from outside, we found that very difficult. Apart from this everything was top notch. I would highly recommend

everything was super, but their are no transfer from the hotel to Belek or somewhere, only taxi , no bus too. the taxe from hotel to the airport war excelent, also the driver.
