The rooms are unpretentious but are clean and have a comfortable bed and lots of closet space and a bathroom with both tob and separate shower. Breakfast is made to meet your taste. "A little underwhelming, it's a nice enough hotel, but it's a little dated, the bed was very squeaky and not very large and we weren't impressed with the way we were greeted. First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night. "Everything was fantastic BUT trying to phone that hotel is impossible. A well spoken receptionist is most needed. Why are we not get an email address or phone number of hotel we booking at in case we have some extra request or need an answer? Very frustrating. But once there all magic"
