"We were very impressed with the comfort, location, views and beauty of this house. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Our stay was during the off season so we didn’t use any of the beach gear at our disposal but we can’t imagine anything a family could want wasn’t right there in the garage. Walkable neighborhood, restaurants nearby, lovely beach close by. We loved staying here and hope to return."

"For the price, the rooms and properties were quite worn, beds uncomfortable, water rusty on check in - and the walls were very thin. Location is excellent - Walking distance from all the things you'd want to see. It's Probably a great spot if you're planning to go to the bars and need a place to pass out after a few, but not a place if you want to relax. On the plus side they offered to move us to a quieter room, but a hotel that costs over $400 a night should be clean, new, quiet, and relaxing. "

Screened porch was in a state of disrepair. Limited kitchen utensils. Thankfully the kids enjoyed the pool and play area in yard. Personally I would rather stay at a Marriott."
