"This was our second year staying at this house, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! The house is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing week away. The host is wonderful, communication is always clear, quick, and efficient. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing stay!! House was perfect for our family of five. Has everything you need and more! Kelly beach is just a 5 min walk and was perfect! Great restaurants near by. 25 min drive to Newport and 15 to 20 min. drive to downtown Narragansett. Just an overall great experience! Brenda, our host, was also amazing! Great communication and gets back to you right away! Hope to come back here again!"

"Perfect for our stay. The property was spacious,, clean, and comfortable. Having amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, and toys were a great addition and made it easy for us. We also loved the outdoor space with the fire pit. The ease of booking, easy communication with host and awesome amenities provided made for an amazing trip and we would book this property again in a heartbeat!! I highly recommend booking this property for your stay!"

"The house was perfect for my family while attending the Newport Jazz Festival. It was a fantastic space where we had enough room to bond and decompress from long days listening to fantastic music. The space was clean, comfortable, and we easily felt right at home quickly. The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities were lovely. I only wish we had a few more days to enjoy the kayaks and local beaches after the festival. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would book this property again."

"This house was very well located a short driving distance from Narragansett Town Beach and a little further from Scarborough Beach. We did not have access to Bonnet Shores Beach where passes are required. There is a small market, a Dunkin, bagel shop and Walgreens immediately across the street. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs were sufficient for our smaller group. We did not use the downstairs two bedrooms, partially because there is no bathroom on the lower level, but a large, well equipped space with a large screen tv, a desk with two screens and lots of comfy seating. We did not find measuring spoons in the exceptionally well stocked kitchen, or a hair dryer. The experience would have benefitted from instructions on the air conditioning and the front door access because the code needs to go into the older small round keyless lock, and not the one on the front door itself. We visited the wonderful Gilbert Stuart Museum and walked local trails. We loved the area."
