"We enjoyed our stay, and the accommodation was excellent. We contacted a representative at the number with the reservation. I requested the address because the internet service was spotty in Broken Bow, so I could find the property address from my email reservation. The representative was not helpful. She provided the address, but after almost 2 hours were still had not found the property despite calling her back four or more times. On the last call, we said we are in dire need of assistance in locating the cabin. It was getting dark, and the address was still not located by us despite stopping at the local store and a restaurant and inquiring. The last call, she indicated that a team member would call us. Justin called and directed us to the correct property. As it turned out, the first representative had provided us with the wrong address for our reservation, and we were more than 10 miles away from our cabin. Please improve the customer service provided."
