Gorgeous Ocean View. Stylish, Clean & Pet Friendly Hunting Island Pass Included!

Fully updated kitchen, baths, floors, counter tops, appliances and more...our Beach House Villa is located in a in peaceful, gated community on Harbor Island which is between Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA and just 14 miles from Beaufort, SC. If you're coming to town for Marine Graduation, we are only 23 miles (about 35 minutes) from Paris Island.

In addition to the updates, the villa now contains a 55 inch Roku 4K TV. All that is required to operate the Polk audio sound bar, or all TV apps is one small Roku remote.
Included is 28/2MB WiFi and a wireless printer/scanner/copier.

This is truly a historic area with Charleston, Beaufort or Savannah making fabulous day trip destinations. On Harbor Island, the three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation destination unlike any other. Stroll along the beach and marshes and discover the abundant island wildlife, including terns, pelicans, egrets, herons, and horseshoe crabs, or sit on the sandy dunes bask in the sun while the dolphins play.

Dine at wonderful nearby restaurants that specialize in local fresh cuisine or prepare your own from fresh local seafood markets in your fully equipped kitchen.

Awesome location!

Beautiful, quit and peacefully retreat to get away from the hustle of life. Easy access to pool and beach. Hunting park is close to this location. Also, there are a couple of good restaurants nearby.

Winter break

We visit Harbor Island a couple of times a year. We've stayed in several condos, but this was the first time for L201. It was very clean and well appointed. Comfortable mattress and well stocked kitchen.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Loved having access to the beach, multiple pools and Hunting Island. Had a little bit of trouble with the lock but host was communicative and helpful. Would stay here again.

Condo is exactly as shone in the pictures. Everything you need and more is furnished. Condo was clean, a great screened balcony which our small dog enjoyed. Has water views from all rooms. Good restaurants and Beaufort just a short drive away. Gated community. Would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pools were right outside our condo which my kids loved! The laundry room is located right outside the door which came in handy! Short walk to the beach, and loved the shower. Overall very happy with our stay!

Birthday Getaway

This lovely condo was exactly what we hoped for to celebrate and unwind. The view was amazing and the sunrises spectacular - we spent a lot of our time in, on the screened balcony. Great location too - convenient to Hunting Island treasures, not to mention points of interest on all the islands.

Perfect little getaway spot!

My friend and I (and my little Morkie) enjoyed our stay so incredibly much. It's nice to stay in a space and realize you want to come back to the exact same location because you wouldn't change a thing. We hope to visit again before summer.

Long weekend

We rented a 1 bedroom pet friendly condo. Loved the ocean and easy water. Even dog loved the water, he walked way out in the ocean. Pool was so nice also. It was awesome for us. Would stay there again.

Condo was well furnished, clean, and the view was nice. I just needed it for 2 nights, so I didn’t get a chance to fully enjoy the place, and a longer stay would have been nicer there. Check in was easy, and communication with host was great. I’d love to come back and stay here again.

The condo was perfect! Clean, bright and updated. It’s right next to the boardwalk and all of the pools. Harbor island is one of my favorite places to visit and this was another wonderful stay!

Another beautiful stay

This is my 3rd time staying at this propery- 7days I. Summer 2020, 10 days summer 2021, and 3 days spring 2025. I hope to stay again summer 2025. The property is beautiful, quiet, has great views of the ocean, and a nice/relaxing community swimming pool steps from the front door. The owner is super quick with responses and very accommodating. Also, the property comes with a pass to Hunting Island State Park (less than a 5 minute drive away)- a beautiful and unspoiled beach and tropical forest. A rare and less well-known benefit is the fresh seafood store right outside the island gate. The seafood store is literally a few short steps away from the docks where the fishing boats come in each day so that you know you’re getting the absolute freshest seafood possible.
