"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. We loved it and for sure it will be our first choice next time we visit Hamburg!"

"The front desk person wasn’t super friendly and we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay which we didn’t, but other than that it’s a great place to stay . The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the washer/ dryer were sending us messages when the cycle was done :) good experience overall"

"Fantastic location, staff so very accommodating and let me have late check out at no extra cost as my colleague had cancelled flights from US and arrived so very late. Rooms quiet and very comfy. "A lovely stay at Empire Riverside Hotel. Second time we stay here. The location is fantastic – right by St. Pauli and very closeto Reeperbahn, yet still calm enough to relax and enjoy the view. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is modern and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you for being so kind to our dog. It meant a lot that our four-legged companion was made to feel welcome as well."
