The suite design is very stylish and new. It's comfortable to stay in and the service staff are polite. Moreover, the breakfast is rich. It only takes few minutes to walk to the subway station. There is some good restaurant right next to the hotel, which is very convenient.

The USP for this hotel is the room space, it is like an apartment inside with well maintained stylish furnishings. The room has great amenities and is good value for money. I make a point of staying here whenever I visit Hamburg, its that good.

We recently stayed here for the Hamburg Marathon. The hotel is a short walk from the start / finish area, close to public transport, and many good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately cleaned daily, and our room was very quiet and comfortable. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

We had 2 nice spacious suites for our family. They were clean and well equipped with lots of natural light. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I found the walking distance a bit far from downtown but maybe easier with the tram.

The hotel was very comfortable, well maintained and perfect for what I wanted. It is opposite the "DOM" amusement park which was in operation when I was there. It did not disturb me at all and I guess if you like that type of thing this is a very good location to be at. The hotel provides a great breakfast but at a price - 26euro. It does not serve evening meals so you need to buy in or go out. You are well served if you choose to go out locally but Hamburg has a lot of cool places to go in the city centre. Access to the city centre is a 30 minute stroll of 6 minutes on the UBhan. I can recommend the DB app if you want easy access to tickets and directions etc. I would stay here again.

I'll start off by saying, the staff here are fantastic. But cons, then pros. 1. Early check in. When I booked, I enquired about whether I could check in an hour or so earlier. They told me that I can come and ask, but if my room wasn't ready, I could drop off my bags. When I arrived, I was told "Your room is available, but we won't give you early check in unless you sign up to our Rewards program". Being accosted into signing up was an extremely uncomfortable experience. 2. Why am I paying extra for better WiFi? This is, supposedly, a 4 star hotel. If I am paying 175€ a night, I do not, at all, expect to have to PAY MORE for fast WiFi. 3. The Mini Bar prices are insane. Yes, I get it's a convenience thing. But 4€ for a bottle of beer that is 0.80€ in a store is extortionate. 4. The bar selection could use a rethink. A very very basic selection. 5. This is, as I said, supposedly a 4 star hotel. I would argue it's a 3 star. It is certainly overpriced for what it is. Pros: 1. The suites are awesome. Very big, and having multiple spaces is so nice. (But the bathroom has enough space for a bath too) 2. The staff always say hello and are awesome. They even gave me plasters for my feet when my shoes caused issues. 3. The location is close enough to Reeperbahn where you can walk to it or take a 5 minute Uber. But it's far enough away where you dont get thousands of drunk people stumbling around. Overall, returning is questionable.
