"Unfortunately, this is the worst property I’ve ever booked. Multiple issues with the property condition and representation but mainly the room was mosquito infested, we had the doors and windows closed upon arrival and we were swarmed by over a dozen mosquitoes inside the room right away so I had to evacuate my family immediately. Went to the front desk and the staff’s only reply was its mosquito season with no offer to help. We live in Arizona and are prepared for mosquitos outside but Canyon Motel seems to think a room filled with mosquitoes is acceptable. I gave the keys back and was forced to book another room elsewhere. They refused to refund even though we spent less than an hour on property. I reached out multiple times for an explanation from management/ownership and my call and email went unreturned. Photos of the property are misleading: everything is in poor condition, the bed frame made loud noises with the slightest movement like it was about to break, wifi connected but had no actual service, TV didn’t work properly, the playground was dilapidated and too dangerous for kids to safely play. Canyon Motel doesn’t provide anything close to hospitality and we would have been better off booking anywhere else in Williams. I booked a budget hotel just down the street and it felt like a 5 star resort compared to this place. Expedia did what they could to help, but I still had to come out of pocket twice that night. 0/5 stars"

"A nice, clean room with all the necessities in a really cute town Perfect motel for a good night's sleep at a super price."

"We loved our room layout. We had a 2 queen room and it had one of the beds in a separate bedroom with another bathroom. This wasn’t a connecting room but was all in the one entry door. Room 5. Our son had been dehydrated from spending all day at the Grand Canyon. He ended up getting sick and made a mess of his bedding. We went to the front office in the morning to explain the situation and apologize and figure out what we needed to pay for additional cleaning. They were so gracious and kind and treated us so well. We enjoyed the patio furniture for hanging out and the convenience of breakfast. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was tiny, making it impossible for more than 12 people to be in there at any one time. The breakfast offering was meagre, but the coffee was good."

"I specifically got this room because of the hot tub amd heated piol. When i got to the front to check in i asked the clerk to double check and she said yes its working and available. We drove 22 hours straight and got in the room, unpacked . We get reqdy to hop in the hot tub amd there is caution tape around everything. I am very disappointe."
