"The staff was excelent: friendly and accommodating. The temp controls were in a good place and more convenient than trying to modify the air temp on the equipment itself. They need to improve on a few things to make me happier. The bath towels that I had were on the small side and somewhat threadbare (lots of threads hanging from the bindings). The bathtub was somewhat narrow and there wasn't an anti-slip suface on the tub. Some hotels use a show curtain that bows out a bit into the bathroom which makes the tub area less confining. Also, the one grab bar was not in a good place. You really can't beat the cleanliness of the facility."

"Room was very clean, staff friendly, view was incredible. Only challenge was the lighting in the room. The coffee bar area did not have a light, and additional lighting wasn't helpful. A small detail. We enjoyed the proximity to Peggy's Cove and hiking at Polly's Cove Trail."

"Everything was beautiful. They set out a variety of amenities for their guests to have for free, which includes granola little bags of chips, little pieces of chocolate, coffee, tea, water there’s a little fridge in our room that we could keep things in the bathroom was beautiful and clean."

"The staff at the front desk were very helpful with suggestions for dinner. Breakfast was included with pancakes, yogurt and fruit cups. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. Shampoo conditioner and body wash were included in the bathroom."

"The room was super cute, but also very much in need of few fixes. I was unaware that you had to bring your own supplies like toilet paper. When I texted the number given should there was an issue no one got back to me. Great location, and enjoyed my time in Mahone Bay. I would stay there again, now understanding better what type of property it is."
