"Stayed for one night with my husband and son. Check in was easy, both front desk ladies were pleasant to deal with. The room was so clean and you could tell they care about their property. The room photos are exactly what the rooms look like. Our room was by the external door to go upstairs, you could definitely hear people going up and down. There was also a lot of noise from upstairs until people went to sleep. But nothing we felt was excessive or unexpected. Most negative reviews are due to their failure to read the policies and therefore forfeiting their deposit or room cost. Make sure you read those and you shouldn’t have any issues."

"What we liked during our stay is the convenience. Breakfast was provided but with only few options, only in large quantities. The sink in the washroom needed more cleaning though. But so far, we had a good stay for a night."

"Well it is a good clean hotel, but definitely it is not a 4 stars one. It is a firm 3 star hotel and all its facilities correspond to a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was good and fresh,the workers are helpful and nice. The swimming pool area definitely has an issue- there is a fan which is working so strong that you freeze inside. I informed the receptionist about it and he said that it can’t be turned off or made less stronger. The towels provided in the pool and in the room aren’t of a good quality-they don’t dry your body well. The coffee machine in the room wasn’t working. Overall,it is a good hotel,but as I said earlier it can’t be a 4 stars one as they represent themselves."

"Stayed while travelling for work. Bed was good. Slept well. Only thing that comes to mind is that the sound-proofing insulation between rooms is not very great - I could almost make the conversation that was happening on the other side of the wall at times."
