They gave me a key to another persons room. I walked in and found a suitcase and a coat and all their personal belongings, thank goodness no one was in there. I’m a single female travelling alone and now am terrified of this happening to me.

The place was not clean as much expected. All the spices, salt and oil were date expired. Basement’s rooms were full of bugs on the floor and in the room. Couldn’t sleep well because of those. Overall not recommended. Bad experience.
