"We had a wonderful stay at this lake house while visiting Virginia for our grandson’s wedding. We had a large family group of 15, and the house was perfect for all of us.Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The dock was a favorite spot, and everyone had so much fun enjoying the kayaks, paddle boards, fishing, and swimming.The game room was a huge hit with both kids and adults, and the theater room was another favorite for relaxing together in the evenings.The kitchen was fantastic—large, well stocked, and equipped with just about every pot, dish, and appliance we needed, which made cooking for a big group so much easier.Communication with the owner was excellent, with fast response time. Overall, this house was the perfect place for our family to stay, celebrate, and spend quality time together. We made wonderful memories and would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful house with so much to offer for my family ranging in ages from 69 to 5 years of age. House exactly as described except for the incredible lake views from multiple decks. Host focused on experience of guest. Immediate and positive. We had multiple family dinners and celebrated three birthdays in the beautiful gourmet kitchen. Family paddle boarded, played ping pong, pool and many pickleball tourneys. Went to several local restaurants and authentic lake side experiences and met people from all over the region visiting, Great farmers stand about 10 minutes away. Exceeded our expectations. A perfect house and location for creating the memories of a lifetime."

"This property is a top-notch option for vacationing at Lake Anna. The location is perfect. The entire setting is serene. The little bay area in front of the house is a really good spot for fishing. We caught 10 largemouth bass there. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. Large Jacuzzi is a big plus! Our host contact, Susan, was very attentive and went above and beyond in helping us looking for a missing item after we checked out. We really appreciate her service. Only suggestion to the host is to add a boat house which is very common at Lake Anna. For such a luxurious property, a boat house is a must-have. It will elevate the entire experience."

"This house is overall great!! It is dog friendly, well kept, great outdoor space and game room. We had a minor issue but the owners handled it with a quick response. We didn't have a chance to use the paddle boards or kayak due to the rain but it's great that they have them there for use."

"Amazing property. We stayed here for 4 days in early April and could not have been happier. Looks like the whole property was just recently remodeled. Everything was first class and very upscale, from the digital showers to the gourmet kitchen, it looked like no expense was spared. We are definitely staying here again."
