"The place is very good , we had some maintainance issues that took hours to fix that I raised with owner Other than that .. the house have everything needed , a lot of home entertainment and excellent view and location I still rated the hotel excellent eventhough I was a bit disappointed towards the end that they didn't offer at least couple of hours to compensate the time lost in the maintenance specially that we had only 2 days so the few hours while Acceptable if you have longer stay but it kind of ruined our first day But it will be unfair to undermine the facility and the genuine effort made to make this a memorable vacation lake house"

"The heated pool was perfect for the little ones AND for the adults. Once we had the code we could easily open and close the cover. The view out the back was spectacular--over the pool to the lake. The sunset was wonderful every night. It is an excellent house for a family vacation--we were a party of 18, and enjoyed ourselves very much. "

"The location of this property was great! We were just minutes from a gas station and bait shop, the Dollar General, and the Food Lion so running out for quick trips was super easy. The dock and overall lake front was exactly what we were looking for because we were close to the open lake but also had a protected area for kayaking and the kids to swim. The owner and property manager were great with communication and the owner even purchased a new lake trampoline for us before our stay because he knew we were coming with kids. It was the highlight of the trip! There is a boat to rent on property as well as jet skis. It was so convenient to choose our boat days and be able to ride around and fish! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lake Anna. "

"Over-all, this was an excellent stay, and would definitely recommend this place for those looking for a nicer lakefront stay with great amenities and an attentive and responsive host.I will say, there were a few extra steps after book through this platform, and an additional fee (like a security or insurance fee?) so felt like some dynamics of the listing/communcation could have been more clear. However, once booked, the host was responsive and able to answer any questions.Property was as listed and described. Any issues we had were addressed. Pickleball was a blast, Kayaks were available to use, TVs, Wifi, arcade games, etc., all worked great.Also worth mentioning, check-in/check out process was simple. There was not an exhaustive check out list, and it was very simple, which I really appreciate it. "

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at Carrs Landing. The views from the main floor were amazing. The house itself was just beautiful: it was very clean and bright, the bedroom suites were very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook with, and the fireplace was nice and cozy for the cool evenings. The outside was just as lovely: the large deck was nice to watch the sunset from, the dock had plenty of room for sitting and fishing from there was amazing (sunfish, catfish, and bass), and the fire pit (the best one I have ever seen and I am a camper!) was spacious and made for a fun evening under the stars. Daniel and the team were very responsive with any questions we had throughout the entire process from making the reservation to checking out. Carrs Landing was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving get away!"
