"Super kid friendly property. Loved the heated pool, sandbox, kayak access, basement layout and customized bunk bed tunnel slide. Fantastic location! Right down the road from Food Lion in a lovely little subdivision. Beautiful star gazing at night. We have a big family (12 people) and it was big enough to feel like we all had enough privacy. Communication with the host was one of the best experiences I’ve had - very quick. Would stay again!!"

"The home was exactly as described. Easy check-in, great communication. We didn't really use the facilities like the hot tub or outside chairs, but it seems like a nice stay for a couple or two couples."

"The house was just as described and was more than enough room for multiple families and two dogs. Apparently my dog is a lake dog, she loved taking a boat on the lake. There is a boat rental about 15mins away and were able to dock it at the house. There are so many games and activities our normally tablet glued kids didnt even look at a screen for 6 days. If your looking for a house this big on the lake, dont second guess, it is everything and more."

The layout is great for relaxing, with comfortable and inviting living spaces that made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time. "We had such an amazing weekend at Laid Back at Lake Anna. The home is beautiful and is incredibly peaceful...such a serene, relaxing setting with beautiful water views.The layout is perfect for a family, with plenty of space to spread out between the family room, screened-in porch, and large finished basement (the dart board was a big hit). The outdoor space is just as wonderful, with a great dock and a fire pit area with plenty of seating...ideal for unwinding (and s'mores) after a day on the lake.Our 14-year-old son fished nonstop from the dock and kayak, while our daughter happily alternated between soaking up the sun and reading on the porch. I loved being able to cook all of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen...everything you could possibly need is there, and Food Lion is less than 10 minutes away.I also enjoyed long walks around the quiet neighborhood and some paddle boarding. This was truly such a calm, serene place to recharge.Most importantly, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything seamless.We will absolutely come back!"

"Great location -quiet, beautiful area. We could see the lake and wonderful sunrises while drinking our coffee on the deck through the trees in March. The home was spotless, modern and well stocked w/kitchen items; Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. Loved the pullout kitchen tool cupboard. A lot of thought was taken to make our time there enjoyable and stress free.We enjoyed shooting hoops at the outside basketball net & evening games at the dining room table that were supplied. We had no problem with the WiFi. The owner is the fastest responder of messages I have ever dealt with - that is an added plus. Highly recommend this lovely home! "
