"Wow this house is such a treasure! It has so much artistry and character in its quirky collections and cultural artifacts, it’s like a house-museum. There’s so much to discover. Highly recommend the scavenger hunt! The house is also super comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully located on the lake. We loved our visit in the winter (with a day trip to Monticello and a campfire in the snow). I’m sure in the summer it’s incredible.The setup is perfect for multiple family groups (our group had two families with 4 adults and 6 kids age 9-15). The loft is huge and a perfect place to hang out and play games. Kaleigh the host is very friendly and responsive. I hope we will be back!"

"Everything was as expected. The house was spacious and the View with the lake was incredible. We had an issue with the gas grill and the host took care of it right away for us. They were very accommodating and communication with them was excellent"

"A beautiful home with plenty of room for our Christmas family gathering. Our host was very quick with answers to my questions! Kitchen was well stocked but my one suggestion would be to have a second refrigerator. It definitely fills up fast with a 6 bedroom home. The fire pit was great for the cold evenings for sure. Would definitely rent again! "
