area with couch and tv. New outdoor gazebo
16x12 with outdoor Pollywood seating area. 10 beach passes, 6 beach chairs , umbrella. . No more than 16 people including children. TENANTS TO SIGN ADDENDUM FOR SWING SET AND HOT TUB. Weekly rentals only, no parties. Pillows and blankets are provided. Owner offers a reduced security deposit of $500 with the purchase of the damage insurance.$70 non refundable. Without damage insurance, security is $1500
