"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"En general, todo muy bien….aclaro que en el sector y servicio solo adultos…. Fallaron en la atención solo una vez en la cena de un restaurante ( ante reiteraciones de pedido, nunca nos trajeron la bebida) El resto, todo ok!!! Muy recomendable !!! Buena comida en los restaurantes…..pero NO tan buena en el buffet…."

"Secrets is an amazing adult all inclusive! The place is stunningly beautiful!! The staff is super kind, constantly greeting you. If you pay an additional fee you can do the Preferred Club that gives you access to a more private quiet pool area, private lounge and bar, room drinks (wine and champagne) , beach bag, and additional perks. We enjoyed the buffet at Caoba and Spice Market. Even the pickiest eater will find something to eat. Everything is fresh, meats and fish cooked to order, pastries, bread, desserts, fruit, I mean I can go on and on about the options. There is night entertainment at both Secrets and Dreams. The music entertainment was phenomenal, very talented group of musicians, singers and dancers. They have a water park in the Dreams section open 10am-5pm. There's a food truck there too. Beach is clean and calm. There is security all around the premises and cameras throughout. The landscape is beautiful and everyone is well kept! We also had massages at Ámbar Spa and that was super nice as well. The gym is open 24 hours. I will return and I will also recommend to family and friends! Thank you Secrets for an amazing vacation!"

"Me encantó la ubicación de esta propiedad, ya que está cerca de restaurantes y de la playa. Sin embargo, tomando en cuenta que uno de los principales motivos de mi estadía era descansar, hubo algunos aspectos que afectaron significativamente mi experiencia. La cama era muy dura, al punto de hacer que despertara con dolor de espalda. Además, el aire acondicionado no estaba en óptimas condiciones, lo que también afectó el descanso. La propiedad tiene una excelente ubicación, pero considero importante mejorar estos aspectos para que la experiencia de los huéspedes sea realmente confortable."
