"This is a very nice hotel for a good price. For US citizens, don’t expect accommodations for disabilities unless you are willing to pay extra, this is true for all hotels in Canada, the rules are different here, there is no “Canadians with Disabilities Act. There is an elevator, but our room was in the “third floor extension” which meant climbing an additional 4 steps at the end of the hall. I had borrowed a cart from the lobby but a very nice hotel employee happened to be on the third floor and she helped me carry my luggage from the cart up those 4 steps and down the hall to our room. Our room did not have a view of the harbor which might have been fun to watch the tide rise and fall. "

" After a disappointing stay in a boutique hotel in Dartmouth, we were so surprised how nice this property was. It was impeccably clean and very spacious. The beds were super comfortable. Stylishly decorated. The hostess has thought of everything to make us feel at home. Snacks, coffee, plenty of docking stations for devices and laundry supplies . The ceiling fans and their funky lights in all of the rooms were fun. The location is very quiet and I loved listening to the birds. We highly recommend this property. "

"Property excellent great nostalgic building My big concern is regarding parking The message via email doesnt correspond with actual realty. Regarding street parking i spoke with police officers of Saint John and the informed me that they do not give tickets from 12 am till 8 am .More concerning is the parking at the school .a costumer of yours a young lady got her window shattered in the late afternoon. THE area smelled of urine i myself saw 2 guys doing drugs regardless that it is legal Your policy says you are not responsible for any vandalism. Hey if that was my car i would have gone to a higher level you must have better security .They are more and more homeless and desperate individuals in Saint John and thats according to the police .I will not return to Saint John sadly because of this "
