"I highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect and the buffet breakfast is way better than the usual continental. Here you will get fresh fruit salad, tomatoes, cucumbers. Coffee is a real coffee. The gym is better than average."

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were over the top friendly, the room was beautiful. Like that this hotel is sustainable with the larger containers instead of the sample size product. Good selection of hot and cold food at the included breakfast buffet. Close to the ferry if need be for your travels"

"Just as it says in listing. No surprises. Parking was very close and convenient to the building we stayed in. We were on the street side so a little noisy but the customer service, full kitchen, decor, size of room is exceptional. The air conditioner could be larger and it was a little noisy and probably misplaced as it is in window right beside the bed. I am 5'3" and had trouble getting up into bed as it is quite high. I can't recall because we stayed at 8 different hotels in 14 days whether this hotel had a grab handle in the shower/tub. Only 2 locations had grab handles which is a serious safety issue"

"Good facility with great staff but unfortunately our motorcycle hard cover luggage bag was riffled at night and a number of items were stolen. There are homeless encampments in the area . I believe that the hotel needs more active security as our bike was parked on their top lot near their entrance. The desk staff were very helpful reviewing the lot video for the police report. We were given a discount on our stay very kind of the hotel, as they were truly concerned about this incident."
