"The hotel staff are really the highlight of this property; everyone was very kind and helpful to us. The service was above and beyond. Special shout out to the Concierge team, including Miky, who made sure we had fun plans when ours fell through, and Bob and Frank at the pool. The restaurant at the hotel has good food for when you don't want to go outside, or just wanted to relax after a day of adventure. There are free kayak for guests to use, the pool is nice. "Great location right on the lagoon. Can walk through edge of lagoon to the jetty for Erakor island ferry. Also walk through lagoon to the Warwick resort for restaurants. Buses into town regularly at end of driveway. Manager of property was very helpful. Only thing we didn’t like was air conditioning was only in main bedroom and my kids couldn’t sleep as the ceiling fan in their room was too weak to circulate air."

"My husband and I recently stayed at Iririki for a week and were really impressed with all aspects of the resort. We stayed in an Island Fare and it was gorgeous - the views over the harbour from the verandah room were especially lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone and it was so nice to see them interacting with all the children. The food was a-maze-ing - really tasty and plentiful (I don't think we had an individual lunch all week). The amenities were great on the island and having the option of the boat transfer every few minutes gave you plenty of other options to go and do something else. Loved it all. My only niggle (and I really am splitting hairs) was that I didn't think they needed to clean the rooms every day - some days our room wasn't cleaned until 4pm which made it a little bit awkward."
