Bed and Breakfast in Battle Creek

"The front desk clerk was rude and very not helpful. I wouldn’t stay there again. Plus, the maid didn’t clean well."

"Room clean, staff very friendly. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I was suprised they charged a $5.00 parking fee extra. Not very happy about that charge in Battle Creek, Michigan."

"Very dissatisfied with the lack of caring the management was there, they heard my complaint from day one of staying and nothing was done about it, I asked to speak with management about said issues they brushed it off and kept giving me the run around of trying to get ahold of someone in charge"

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. But there are no appropriate sleeping pillows and bed sheet for the bed. There is some safety issue of the handle at the shower , needs immediate attention. The hallway lighting is poor."

"The only good thing was it was next store to the casino. TV went out and I called the front desk to ask for help and the gal said, I don't know anything about it and I am the only one here. Then when taking a shower in the morning we found out they have sulphur water, didn't even feel like you took a shower!! Could not get out of there fast enough. Oh and we are in our 70's and they gave us a 2nd floor room and there is NO ELEVATOR! Will NEVER STAY there again!"

"I needed help with my Television and the person at the desk refused to come to my room alone because it was after 9:00 and she was alone at the hotel.This is an indictment of the hotel management more than the desk clerk. There should be more than one person working the hotel at night.At least there should be a security guard. What would have happened if I had some type of accident where I needed help."
