"Loved being so close to town"

"This is a really nice Hilton Garden Inn. The lobby and hallways all feel like an upscale hotel. The parking is easy and attached via an enclosed bridge/walkway. The rooms are nice and well appointed. We had a small maintenance issue but it did not affect our stay. We will stay again."

"We were looking for a fun place to spend Christmas with our family of 14, which includes 8 grandkids that range in ages from 9 months to 15 years old, and thankfully we found this amazing property. It is beautifully designed and we especially enjoyed the Christmas Trees and other holiday decorations! In addition, there are enough bedrooms that everyone had their own comfortable space and the community spaces are large enough to comfortably seat our family. This includes two living rooms on the first floor, the nicely equipped kitchen, dining room, the downstairs entertainment area, the indoor pickle ball area and the amazing indoor swimming pool! We also enjoyed the walking trail that circles this beautiful property! Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Nick who made the renting process pleasant and easy!"

"It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. "

"Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is when I went to connect to the WIFI, I put my last name and room # in as required and when I clicked connect to basic WIFI, ir did not connect and was asking me to register with chooice hotels."
