"Hotel is located very conveniently to everything in Florence. We walked everywhere. The staff is top notch, friendly, helpful, and made the experience so personalized. Rooms were so comfortable. If you are traveling with a family, the family room is basically a spacious apartment connected to the hotel. "

"We were greated by staff as we arrived several hours before check in, we were able to leave our luggage and walk about the city. Once we returned our luggage was already delivered to our room. "Beautiful hotel, the courtyard especially with the large fountain was so relaxing. We had a roomy room and it was very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we have to point out Francesco who was so lovely and welcoming, we looked forward to seeing him each morning. We ate in Alessio for dinner which was fabulous and had a good atmosphere. It was busy so you’ll need to book. The whole hotel was just lovely and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved it and didn’t want to leave."

"Breakfast amazing and Prosecco, Coffee and biscotti all day is a treat. Location is absolutely perfect. My only complaint would be a lack of a workout facility (to work off all the pizza, pasta and bread) you will eat in Florence.. and the noise, especially on Wednesdays when the trash trucks start at 3 in the morning. Keep in mind, you are immersed in the downtown hustle and bustle, but we wouldn't have had it any other way. Staff impeccable and although the A/C had not been turned on yet, we acclimated just fine with the help of a floor fan. Would recommend highly but going back 10 lbs. heavier despite achieving double my step goals daily!"
