"The towels arrived stained and didn’t feel clean. There was a leak from the shower that caused a bad smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. The couch was also heavily stained and quite dirty. There is a lot of noise coming from the street, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, there was no flexibility at all regarding late check-out. Other than that, the apartment is relatively spacious and modern. "
