"The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now"

"staff was great, check in was great, the apartment building and room were cleaned. and it makes sense for the price. The issue was we got the room with private jacuzzi and instead I would have rathered a bathroom with tub and separate bedroom space. The issue was the jacuzzi wasn’t private. the entire hotel could see us from their balcony, and unfortunately everyone smoking from their balcony threw their cigarettes down onto ours. the chairs outside were also not that comfortable so we hardly used the outside. You could also see directly into the room from across the street. the blinds closed fine but It was not private. The tub itself was a little broken and falling apart but honestly I can look past that for the price. We were there for two weeks. we had one change of linens and two laundry tokens. if we hadn’t left for 5 days, that is not enough linen changing. there were only two towels and two small towels. should be changed twice a week when you have a bidet. the. bathroom wasn’t bright and the lighting made it really hard to see in the kitchen when cooking. You also couldn’t turn the shower on all the way or water went ALL over the floor. we also had to buy laundry detergent to which we did, but it disappeared from the laundry the moment we set it down. they provide shampoo and soap and dish soap so laundry soap would be nice. we specifically wanted a place for laundry soap we didn’t overpack. three star rating but the price was right for what we got."

"We loved this boutique-style hotel! It's in the desirable, mostly residential Palermo neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and lovely parks. Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar. The king-size bed had a memory-foam mattress that was so comfortable! Front-desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is incredibly clean, and air conditioning works perfectly. Couldn't recommend it more! I would stay there again!"
