It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service. "

The area was ok and not too far from some light shopping and cafes. We were there in May, their fall, so maybe there just wasn’t a lot going on in general but I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re on a shoestring budget and don’t mind basic accommodations"
