The apartment itself is nice. Nicely furnished, good condition, clean, hot water, etc. It is however located on a busy intersection, making it loud 24/7. The windows have no insulation whatsoever so it’s both cold and LOUD. Also there’s no smoking on the balcony which they don’t tell you till you get there.

The accommodation was close to both EZE and AEP airports and also to the city centre. The check in was very easy and the reception desk was always there for any help. Definitely recommend taking this apartment

The property is very well near all the shopping and eating places of Soho Palermo. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, amenities were good. The only downside is the communication with the property because there’s no one at the lobby, the office is in the next floor and we had to wait like half an hour to get in.

Spacious Apartment

It was a secured building in the Palermo Soho district. The room was spacious with a kitchen, dining area and living room. There was a balcony with a nice street view. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. There were plenty of eateries in walking distance in a trendy area that didn’t feel touristy at all. Plenty of Ubers in the area with minimal wait.

Location is good, but too loud street noicy. Cornerbuilding with constantly busses stopping and gearing up. slightly outdated furniture and very poor and old kitchen equipment. Good internet and safety. Good water pressure and good AC. Configuration of the rooms vary a lot with the pictures
